Ingredients

4 eggs
1-1/2 cup milk
3 breads, sides removed and cubed of 1/2\\\"
Salt as per taste
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1 cup meat pieces (sausages)

For Marination
3 potatoes, sliced thinly
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
1/2 tsp salt

Method

1.Marinate the potatoes with nutmeg powder and salt
2.Heat a skillet, put meat pieces and cook till brown, stirring continuously
3.Beat eggs and mix with milk, mustard powder, cheese, salt and black pepper powder
4.In a baking casserole, spread the bread cubes
5.Spread the meat pieces over the cubes
6.Spread the potato slices
7.Spread the egg mixture
8.Bake at 350oF for 1 hour or until done
